We loved staying in this venue! The location was great, near Bitexco Tower and so close to everything we wanted to visit. The staff was amazing, especially Tien who gave us a personalised service!

The vegetarian options for breakfast and afternoon tea were limited. Nonetheless, we would recommend this hotel to family and friends solely based on its great location and wonderful staff.

Our stay at Au Lac Charner was fantastic. The hotel had a great location, within walking distance to main attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool was a highlight for cooling down in the hot weather.

The location was right in the centre of all the craziness, near the central market and very close to the square. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a lovely rooftop pool where you could order drinks. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of tasty food and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. the suite room we stayed in was nice, with an espresso machine and a bathtub in the living room. the shower facility, although located in the balcony, was an interesting concept and provided a unique experience. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, with key attractions and amenities nearby.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the pillows were quite flat, and despite requesting extra towels to increase the height, they were not provided.

The room was clean and spacious. We received two complementary bottles of water every day, and a different kind of fruit was waiting for us each evening. the location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to lots of shops and attractions. the gym was clean and had all the essentials.

The hotel restaurant was pricey, and the food was average at best. the staff was generally friendly but seemed uninterested in assisting guests with directions or recommendations for local activities.

The rooftop pool is a highlight and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff went out of their way to help us with a SIM card issue, just like in one of the reviews. The location is central and convenient. Overall I recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to landmarks like the Bitexco Financial building and within walking distance to most everything that is usual to do in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I loved the location of the hotel, right in the center of the city. It was so convenient to be within walking distance to the Nguyen Hue pedestrian street. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. The pool area was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

The noise from outside could be heard in our room, which made it a bit difficult to sleep at times.
