Stayed at this hotel for a business trip and everything was top-notch. the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and other key attractions. One of the highlights was the amazing staff, who were friendly and always willing to help. They even accommodated my dietary needs, providing a special breakfast for me as a vegan. a fantastic experience.

The only downside I can think of is that the cocktails at the hotel bar were not very strong. But that's a minor issue compared to all the great things about this hotel.

I was amazed to find out that the room I booked at Emm Hotel Hue was actually a family room with two separate rooms. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city through its large windows. The hotel also had a stunning swimming pool, perfect for cooling off during hot days. The breakfast was great, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent accommodations and service.

Spending my Christmas here was amazing! the hotel is new and check-in was a breeze. the room was very spacious and clean with nice amenities. the staff went above and beyond to make sure we have a great stay. Location is at the corner of the street, a few restaurants around and just a walk away from local attractions and night markets. We also enjoyed the included breakfast and the delicious dishes that came with it. And oh, the pool area was definitely a plus!

That there was no elevator and we had to take the stairs to get to our room on the higher floors. But it wasn't much of a bother because the staff were always willing to help us with our luggage.

They also took care of our request to change rooms due to noisy air conditioning outside. the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the hotel's central location was convenient. We highly recommend Emm Hotel for its exceptional service and a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at Emm Hotel for a few nights during my trip to Hue. The hotel's interior is beautifully designed, and the pool area in the courtyard is a lovely place to relax. The staff was excellent and quickly resolved a room issue I had. Despite being on a busy road, the noise inside was minimal. The rooms overlooking the pool are the quietest. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom with a shower was excellent, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The hotel also provided fast WiFi and a balcony.
