The staff is attentive and helpful, especially at breakfast where they provide a wow-factor experience. The hotel also has a beautiful outdoor pool and a relaxing area on the 15th floor where guests can unwind.

The hotel's entrance in the middle of the mall can make it difficult for taxis to drop off and for tour pickups.

We got great value for our money at Fusion Original. The room was incredibly comfortable and the free mini bar was a nice bonus. The hotel's location in the CBD was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our son especially loved the pool.

The hotel had a convenient location close to popular tourist attractions, which made it easy to explore the city during my business trip. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks, as well as the beautiful pool. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering me a late checkout when my flight was delayed.

While breakfast was decent, I would have appreciated more variety in the options offered. the noise level from neighboring rooms could be bothersome at times.

We had the pleasure of staying in this luxurious hotel and it was a top, notch experience. the exclusive amenities were exceptional. the room was spacious and had exquisite features like high, end furnishings, excellent lighting and a state, of, the, art bathroom. the swimming pool area was chic with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas, and the rooftop bar was a great place to enjoy a cocktail while watching the city lights.

The only minor issue that we encountered was with the breakfast service. It could have been improved as some of our orders were forgotten and it took a while to receive them.

the suite was spacious and perfect for my family of four. the staff provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the little touches like a snack pantry, free minibar, and handwritten notes from management truly set this hotel apart. the beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities were top-notch. the hotel's restaurant on the 28th floor served delicious Vietnamese fusion food and had a great wine list. the location was also convenient, with sightseeing spots within walking distance. I highly recommend Fusion Original Saigon Centre.

I recently stayed at Fusion Original Saigon Centre for a short business trip. The hotel's location was fantastic, situated on the high floors of a central shopping center and within walking distance of the Mekong River. The breakfast was excellent, the service was prompt and attentive, and the staff were incredibly helpful and lovely. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary minibar and the free coffee station on every floor. I was delighted with my stay and highly recommend this hotel.
