The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet room we requested. The central location was also a plus, as it made it easy for us to visit the main sights in the area. we had a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They were always available to help with any requests and even assisted us in retrieving a forgotten bag from a hired car. The room was incredibly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, providing enhanced comfort and relaxation. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we appreciated the extra little snacks that were included. the level of hospitality and the quality of service at this hotel were outstanding.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities like massage douchecabines. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service from currency exchange to arranging transportation. The breakfast is varied and delicious, with a wide range of options to satisfy all tastes. the hotel offers a great value for money.

The bed frame in some rooms may creak a bit, but it doesn't detract from the overall cozy atmosphere.

The hotel is located right in the middle of old Quarter, making it convenient to walk almost everywhere, especially to the lake and Halong Bay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to assist guests. Breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also offers great facilities, such as a small balcony with city views on the top floor.

The junior suite we reserved turned out to be smaller than expected, lacking the advertised decoration and furniture.

The hotel we stayed at for our romantic getaway was superb in terms of service, staff, and location. We were really impressed with the complementary chocolate and champagne waiting for us in our room upon arrival. the room itself was very clean and spacious, and had a breathtaking view of the city. Plus, the hotel was situated in the heart of the city, so we were able to easily walk to all the famous sights and restaurants.

The noise from the nearby construction site, which woke us up early in the morning. the breakfast buffet was sometimes overcrowded and not as varied as we would have liked.

The location was great, right in the city center, yet located on a quieter street in the Old Quarter - perfect for exploring the city. The service was outstanding - they offered car hire, dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were fantastic - we had a lovely sitting area, terrace, and mini-bar. The hotel also had a great spa center with a jacuzzi, massage, and beauty treatment. The staff were always there to help us in a very fast and effective manner. We also appreciated the free wi-fi in rooms and the special touches like welcome drink.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place looking for a luxurious stay with outstanding service and amenities.
