The service provided by the staff is great, and the basic amenities in the rooms are well-equipped. The rooms themselves are spacious with a huge closet and a safe, as well as incredibly comfy beds. Additionally, the breakfast selection is excellent, offering a delicious mix of Vietnamese and Western food.

In just half an hour, my room was ready and I was ecstatic to find out that I had been upgraded to a room with a balcony. The room was impeccably clean and well-furnished, exceeding my expectations. Even when I had an unexpected extra person staying with me, the staff gladly accommodated by providing an extra bed. The location of the hotel was also perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter. I had a fantastic experience at Hanoi Little Town and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel with top-notch service.

We had the best customer service at Little Town Hotel during our travels in South East Asia. the staff were kind and eager to chat upon our arrival. They even noticed it was my girlfriend's birthday and surprised her with a cake and a personalized birthday wish. the cleaning staff was superb, the WiFi was good, and we enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. the location was great, right next to the night market and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.
