During my New Year stay, I absolutely loved the attentive and friendly staff, who were always ready to assist and genuinely interested in making sure I had a great experience. the location of the hotel in the heart of the old quarter was perfect, as it allowed easy access to local bars, cafes, and shops, while still being within a short walking distance of the main tourist area. Another great aspect was the comfortable bed and spacious room, providing ample space for my bags.

the first room I was given had a strange smell in the bathroom, but the staff promptly changed my room the next day, ensuring I had a lovely room thereafter. it would have been beneficial to have a safe in the room for added security.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful dorm room at Hanoi Culture Hostel. The dorm was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, with a lovely view of the city. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were wonderful. It was definitely the best dorm I've ever stayed in. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfectly located near all the dope spots like Hoan Kiem Lake and the Thang Long Water Puppet theater. We were able to walk everywhere and the hotel even hooked us up with a ride to other cool places. Total game-changer!

We had a blast, but it would have been even sicker if there was a party atmosphere in the hotel. Like, some sick rooftop parties or a DJ spinning sick tracks.

We stayed at this hostel for one night and had a great experience. the staff at Culture Hostel were extremely helpful and friendly. the private room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a mini balcony. the room had a TV with plenty of English film channels, which was a nice touch. the location of the hostel couldn't be better, as it was close to the action of the old quarter but on a quieter street. the breakfast was made to order, which helped reduce wastage. it was a great value for money and we highly recommend this hostel.

Fantastic base for exploring the vibrant and delicious Hoi An. We were initially concerned about the damp smell in our room, but it didn't spoil our stay. The breakfast was great and the car transfer to the train station was reasonably priced. The manager was very helpful throughout our stay.
