During our stay at Hanoi Daewoo Hotel, we were impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. Especially, the receptionist Chi Nguyen was always polite, smiling, and very helpful. Her fluency in English and possibly even French made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The hotel's swimming pool was also a highlight, providing a great place to relax. we recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amenities.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive and helpful. the spa and wellness centre was luxurious, with an outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. the treatment room was the perfect place to unwind and relax. the BBQ facilities and sun terrace provided exclusive amenities which we thoroughly enjoyed. the restaurant offered a high-quality dining experience with delicious food and exquisite service.

The only negative aspect was the noise level from the night club which could be heard from our room, though it didn't disturb us too much. this hotel was the perfect choice for our vacation and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exclusive amenities and luxurious hospitality.

Great hotel experience with helpful staff and excellent gym and sauna. the hotel location was perfect for my work purposes and the ground floor restaurant had a lovely terrace overlooking the swimming pool and lake. the room was comfortable and spacious, with good amenities and views.

The menu in the ground floor restaurant lacked variety and should offer more options. the carpets in the room were stained, and the check-in staff failed to inform me of the laundry service included in my package.

Spacious rooms with lake view and sunset. Convenient work desk with power sockets. Good variety at buffet breakfast with both Eastern and Western options. Excellent wifi and location near Lotte Centre.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a warm smile. The free laundry and ironing services on the executive floor were a nice touch. The breakfast had a great selection of Asian and Western choices, with a nice view and attentive service. The swimming pool and outdoor area were beautiful.

Can't fault anything about it.
