Extremely comfortable bedding and spacious, modern layout of the room. Friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome and at home.- Advantageous location in a quiet laneway with low traffic at night.

The quality of the dry cleaning service was very low and damaged my clothes. Not located in the usual hot tourist locations, but still close to attractions such as the Temple of Literature and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

I had a wonderful stay at a great hotel with excellent service. The staff at Hanoi Emotion Hotel were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The location was convenient, close to attractions like the temple of literature and KOTO. Although the hotel didn't have a restaurant, there were plenty of great options nearby. The breakfast had a good variety of food, with a stunning view. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay outside of the Old Quarter.

Clean room with everything working. Nice bathroom with separate bath. Very comfortable bed. Big windows with lots of natural light. Fast wifi in room. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent gym facility. Temporary accommodation provided

Great facilities for a long stay, modern and functional rooms. Perfect location for getting around easily. Loved taking a walk every morning at the nearby temple compound.

Easter time was a bit hectic: the hotel staff was disorganized and did not seem prepared for the high volume of guests. the breakfast room was very crowded and the food selection was limited.
