Had a blast at this hotel! The noise from the backpacker street Ma May was just what I needed, and the bar had a great selection of drinks. The staff at the travel desk were amazing, always there to help with my chaotic travel needs.

This hotel is conveniently located near all the major attractions in the city, such as Don Xuan Market, the Night Market, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the Old Quarter. You can easily explore these places on foot and immerse yourself in the local culture by sitting on little stools on the sidewalk. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything in working order. The staff is friendly and ready to assist you with any needs or questions you may have. The breakfast is delicious, especially the bread with ham and cheese.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi. It's right in the middle of all the action and within walking distance to the markets and Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff at this hotel are amazing. From the helpful communication before our arrival to the friendly conversations during our stay, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Located in a cool area of old Hanoi, Holiday Suites Hotel & Spa is perfect for exploring the old quarter and walking down to the lake. The hotel is conveniently close to beer street and the Military Museum. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful, saving guests money on cabs. the breakfast includes options like omelets or Pho, and the shower in the room is excellent.

The cleanliness could be improved as some areas were not thoroughly cleaned after the previous occupants.
