hilton garden inn hanoi exceeded my expectations. after staying at a nearby hilton before, i was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable rooms, amazing staff , and the best breakfast i had in vietnam.

Slow check-in process.

The hotel staff at Hilton Garden Inn was incredibly helpful and accommodating. When our check-in took longer than expected, they apologized for the delay and offered us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning view of the city. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's laundry services on the 10th floor were a life-saver, allowing us to refresh our clothes after a long trip. The hotel is conveniently located near Loan Lien Lake, allowing guests to easily explore the area. It is also situated in a slightly quieter area of town compared to other options in Old Hanoi, providing a more peaceful environment. Additionally, it is very close to the famous Bun Cha restaurant, which was even visited by former US president Barack Obama.

The options in the fridge were limited, but this can be overlooked considering the overall savings and great value that the hotel provides.
