Excellent staff, attentive service, great food, wide variety of menu options, elegant teak wood furniture, modern version of a lovely older style hotel.

For us it was ideal.

We had a wonderful stay at a well-maintained hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast offered a good variety of food. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing us with great advice for dinner options. The doormen were also friendly and made us feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is convenient, with easy access to the city center, the citadel, and the tombs. The hotel offers a model village in the gardens, providing a unique experience. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with stunning views. The bathroom is integrated into the room, giving it a modern and stylish touch. The staff is professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options.

The dinner menu could be more interesting and diverse.

The room was really spacious and nicely decorated. the pool area was also beautiful and well-maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with a lot of different options to choose from – especially the pastries were delicious.

We found the prices in the hotel restaurant to be quite high. On top of that, we were surprised to find out that one of the cheaper wines on the menu was available at a nearby supermarket for a fraction of the cost.

Fantastic breakfast, exceptional service, comfortable rooms, beautiful pool, helpful staff. Great amenities, eco-friendly initiatives, delicious food, clean water. an excellent hotel experience.

the exclusive amenities were impressive and fulfilled all of our needs. the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool were just as described. the garden area was beautifully maintained and an ideal spot to relax. the room had exclusive advantages and was elegantly decorated. the restaurant offered delicious meals and breakfast was exceptional. Service was impeccable, with polite, attentive and helpful staff anticipating our every need.

There was only one minor issue - the bar/lounge area could have been more spacious.

the staff at this hotel, let's call it Indochine Palace, were incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. the hotel itself was beautiful, with stunning grounds and a fantastic pool. I particularly loved the large double room I upgraded to, which had a great view of the pool area. the breakfast at the hotel was excellent, offering a wide range of options for all tastes. the staff also provided helpful tips and suggestions for nearby attractions and restaurants.
