The room was clean and spacious, with large windows offering a great view. The rooftop pool was a nice place to relax, with music and a lounge area. Breakfast had a good variety and the staff were attentive.

The staff seemed less friendly compared to other places in Vietnam. The cost of laundry service was quite high and caught us off guard.

The hotel made my business trip pleasant and comfortable. I was also impressed with the hotel's central location, being within walking distance to many tourist attractions and restaurants. the hotel had a great rooftop pool that offered a relaxing escape from the busy city.

I had an unpleasant experience during my dinner at the hotel restaurant. There were young children running around and being loud without supervision from adults, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience.

We were lucky enough to stay at a hotel with an excellent location. It’s situated near all major attractions in district 1. This means we didn't need to pay for any transportation, we just walked everywhere, and the view of the river was breathtaking. The hotel staff was polite and helpful, particularly Hoa from the Concierge team. The service was also great, room service, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance were all excellent. The amenities in the room were also great. We had tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a safe.

If we had to recommend one thing about this venue, it would be that the staff needed to wait for a bit to get service. But overall, this hotel was an excellent experience.

Miss MY kindly upgraded our room and was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We also appreciated Miss Khuong's warm smile and assistance with our inquiries. The hotel room was clean, quiet, and provided a relaxing environment. We would definitely choose to stay at Liberty Central Saigon Riverside again if we visit HCM. we highly recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives.

The staff were friendly and professional, and spoke excellent English. The concierge was extremely helpful in storing our luggage while we traveled. We received a free upgrade to a river view room. The hotel has fast wifi and a stylish lobby. The breakfast selection was superb, with a beautiful layout and stunning river views.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to everything in central HCMC. Within walking distance, you can find many tourist attractions and the popular plaza, which comes alive on weekends with thousands of people enjoying the weekend. The hotel offers nice views, and the rooms are clean and modern. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The rooftop bar and swimming pool are relaxing facilities to unwind and enjoy the cityscape.

There were some issues with the laundry service, as the pressing was not up to standard and my clothes came back smelling too strong of detergent.

This place is excellent for many choices of restaurants and also has a water bus service just across the street. I loved how quiet it was here, allowing me to have a peaceful stay. The location is unbeatable, right at the center and next to the beautiful river. The staff here were incredibly hospitable and caring for my needs throughout my 10-day stay. They even surprised me with a cake on my birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

I highly recommend this hotel to all.
