The beach and scenery were amazing, and the pool was wonderful. Being close to a beautiful clean beach was a major advantage of staying here. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The customer service was lacking, with incidents such as being charged for things I didn't purchase and not being able to speak to a manager. The restaurant was too crowded during breakfast, and my room had cleanliness issues, including urine stains on the floor.

I recently stayed at a resort that was located in front of the Waverley lounge outdoor area, offering stunning views of the ocean. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bathroom that was well-equipped. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The breakfast buffet in the Islander restaurant was delicious, and there were plenty of facilities available for guests to enjoy, including a spa and a beautiful private beach.

One downside was the initial lack of organization upon arrival, as there was a delay in being escorted to my room.

We enjoyed the complementary chocolate hour and the delicious Cantonese-style Red Snapper dish at the restaurant. the views from our room on the top floor were breathtaking and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

There were not enough beach chairs and umbrellas, making it difficult to enjoy the time at the pool and beach. the service at the restaurant was slow and inadequate, with orders coming with pork despite multiple requests, and side dishes arriving after we had already eaten our main course.

The location of the resort is excellent, with a beautiful beach and a large, stunning swimming pool. The food at the restaurants was delicious, and the facilities were top-notch. The beach villas were spacious and clean, and the overall ambiance of the resort was luxurious. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from Mr. Mobeen, who was kind, welcoming, and professional. Miss. Linh also provided quick and friendly check-in and check-out. We highly recommend this hotel to others and will definitely be coming back.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue, fulfilling all our needs. the service was impeccable and the Spa & wellness centre was superb with a sauna, treatment rooms, plunge pool, and steam room. the outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and beach access were stunning, and the garden area and sun terrace provided relaxation with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with special diet menus, and a BBQ facilities area. Cons: the only minor issue we had was the limited entertainment at night, but the live entertainment during the day more than made up for it.

Professional staff, language skills vary. Special touches in room for anniversary. Clean spa facilities. Private and relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for a peaceful getaway.

As a larger group of friends, we loved the amazing hotel facilities and amenities, including the well-equipped gym, beautiful pool overlooking the beach, and the lovely play room for children at The Little Birds Club. The staff, especially Mr. Mobeen and Miss. Linh, were incredibly kind and welcoming, providing excellent service with attention to detail. The complimentary chocolate hour was a delightful treat, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food. Movenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc provided a great experience for us.

We felt extremely safe and had nothing to complain about during our stay.
