the staff at this hotel really went above and beyond to make our stay special. from helping us with transportation to packing us breakfast for our early departure, they made us feel at home. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the town and hiking. we wish we could have stayed longer!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the center of Sapa and close to many top-rated restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and well-designed rooms that were warm and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options, including different types of eggs.

Everything is what I need and want.

We recently stayed at a four-star hotel in this beautiful mountain town and had a wonderful experience. The location was a bit of a walk from the town center, but it meant that the hotel was quiet and peaceful. On the days when it rained heavily, the walk was a bit challenging, but overall it was manageable. The hotel itself was lovely, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were extremely professional and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They helped us organize a trekking tour and even rented us a motorbike at a great price. The service was outstanding, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay at a boutique hotel in Sa Pa. the friendly and professional couple who ran the hotel made us feel right at home. the rooms were luxurious, with the quality of a 5-star hotel. the attention to detail was outstanding, from the complimentary fruits in the room to the clean and ice-cold water refill for our bottles. the staff went above and beyond, picking us up from the bus station and even arranging a bus ticket to Laos for a great price. the breakfast was delicious and the room facilities were exceptional for the price. it was a perfect stay that exceeded our expectations.

Our visit to Cat Cat Village and Sin Chai villages in Muong Hoa valley was an incredible experience. We had a local tour guide who took us on a walking tour to explore the traditional life and daily activities of the Black H'mong ethnic people. We crossed a suspension bridge and visited a local house, getting a real sense of their community. It was a fantastic opportunity to immerse ourselves in the culture and history of the region.

My children wanted more activities specifically designed for families with children.

I had a great time exploring the villages and caves, the view of the valley was breathtaking, and the hotel's location was super convenient for shopping and dining.

Who needs a romantic view outside when there are toothbrushes, combs, and iron in the room? So disappointed.

Furthermore, the hotel is located down the main street, away from the noisy town center, ensuring a peaceful stay.

They even greeted us with hot tea upon arrival and prepared a little package of drinks and sandwiches for us upon checkout. the hotel also allowed early check-in and late check-out if the room was available. the breakfast was great with a variety of options. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Sapa in the future.

The location of this hotel is ideal, as it is very close to the city center, only a short walk away. This means that you have easy access to all the good food and shopping areas. The rooms are extremely comfortable, with the beds being the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The staff are warm and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The cleaning service in the morning can be quite noisy, due to thin doors.
