We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Hue's center! Despite being centrally located, it managed to be quiet and calm. Our room was extremely spacious and comfortable, with a huge and comfy bed. the cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. the staff went above and beyond, especially Thang and Thrang at the reception, who were fluent in English and incredibly helpful. the hotel also had a nice swimming pool and offered a car service to visit the royal tombs. They even surprised us with a personalized birthday cake for my partner! a great value for money option.

I recently stayed at Rosaleen Boutique for six nights and it exceeded my expectations. The value for the price is amazing, with friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, a delicious buffet breakfast, and a great location in a neighborhood filled with restaurants, bars. The front desk staff, including Nhi, Trang, Nga, Kim, Thuy. Despite the lively atmosphere outside, the balcony doors and windows provided excellent sound protection. Additionally, the hotel helped me arrange a motorbike tour of the countryside. a fantastic stay!

Additionally, when I left my wallet and passport in the room safe, they sent it to Danang free of charge. The location in the old town was perfect, with a vibrant street festival atmosphere in the evenings. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and great location.

The location of this hotel is perfect for adventure travelers. It is right in the middle of things and just a short walk to the main drag along the river. You can easily explore the city on foot as it is within walking distance of the citadel. Additionally, it is situated on walking street where they close off about 3 streets, so there are no scooters or cars going down there at night.

One downside mentioned in the reviews is the music played during breakfast. According to one reviewer, the CD that was played had awful cover versions of Christmas hits.
