I loved the location, service, and attention from start to end. The staff was professional and friendly, especially the lady who checked me in. The rooms were well-appointed, and the staff was well-dressed. The concierge was thorough and knowledgeable. The bartender made the best Dirty Martinis. The restaurant is stunning, and the New Year's Day brunch was exceptional.

Perfect condition rooms, large fitness center with top-of-the-line equipment, large pool with good food/beverage service. Family-friendly with inter-connecting rooms. Excellent location with delicious restaurants nearby.

I had the most amazing stay at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The attention to detail and the decor were outstanding. I loved the "old world" atmosphere combined with modern amenities. The fitness center was the best I've ever seen. The staff was attentive and the food preparation was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

Luxurious oasis, friendly staff, and great location! We were pleasantly surprised by the upscale décor and friendly staff at this hotel. the location was great for exploring the city and we loved that we were able to walk to many nearby sights. the pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed soaking up the sun. Plus, the daily fruit in our room was a nice touch.

Lackluster breakfast and subpar air conditioning. the air conditioning in our room wasn't as cold as we had hoped, and required the use of the fan to cool down properly.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with great bed linens for a good night's sleep. the pool and fitness center were also excellent, with refreshing citrus-infused water in the pool and clean equipment in the gym. the hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore and visit various places of interest during my business trip.

I had some issues with the hotel's cab service. They were out of hotel cars and were reluctant to provide an alternative solution for hiring a car for my business meetings.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis in the heart of the bustling city. the exclusive amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool, Spa centre and entertainment options, exceeded our expectations. the staff was polite, courteous, and provided immaculate service.

The only minor issue we faced was the temperature of the coffee in the lounge, which was not very hot.
