The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient for exploring the city. the staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no drinking water provided in the room, which was a minor inconvenience. the hotel was surrounded by construction noise, making it difficult to sleep in the mornings.

The view was amazing, staff spoke fluent English, buffet breakfast was good and cheap, bed warmer provided, sandals for bathroom.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel with a breathtaking view of Fansipan mountain. the location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Mr Hi at the reception counter and another staff member took great care of my group during our stay. the breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. I couldn't have asked for a better room with stunning views from every window. the owners have done a great job renovating the hotel. It was also very close to restaurants and the town center. Great value for money!

We had a wonderful stay at Phuong Nam Hotel. the location is fantastic, with stunning views of the mountains. We found plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk, and Cat Cat Village was conveniently close. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage while we went on a trek. Renting a motorbike from across the street was a great way to explore Sa Pa. the rooms, though small, were well maintained and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. the extended balcony on the second floor provided amazing views. we highly recommend Phuong Nam Hotel.

phuong nam exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in sapa. the heated mattress pads kept me warm in the cold weather, wifi reception was great, and the view was stunning once the fog lifted. the staff were friendly and breakfast was okay, despite being a little cold.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect, as it is very close to everything. I was able to easily explore the surrounding mountains and even walked to the nearby Lao Chai train station. The town center is also just a short distance away. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast provided a variety of options and was delicious. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the helpfulness of the staff.

I even explored other options in town, but none compared to my experience at Phuong Nam. the beds were extremely comfortable, equipped with electric blankets for the cold nights. the rooms were spacious and had a welcoming hostel vibe. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, but be sure to get there before 9 so it doesn't go cold. If you're planning to go hiking, don't forget to hire gum boots as it can get really muddy. I highly recommend opting for private tours over group ones for a more personal and amazing experience.

The hotel's location is perfect - it's just a 5-minute walk from the main square and the Tourist Info Centre. I loved how close it was to all the walking street and the restaurants in the center of the city. Additionally, it's conveniently located near the train station to the Fansipan cable car, which made it easy for me to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with a designated room to leave my bags and even allowing me to take a nap while waiting for my room to be ready. The breakfast offered at the hotel was great, with a variety of options and different choices available every day.

I gotta say, Phuong Nam was totally worth the money! The room was spacious and cozy, with an amazing view from the shared balcony. The location was just right, close enough to town and the cable car station. The staff was super helpful and their English skills were on point.

The morning meal could use a little improvement, maybe adding some more variety to the buffet would make it even better. Everything else was fantastic though!

I recently stayed at Phuong Nam Hotel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the Sa Pa valley and mountains. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and warmth. The AC kept us perfectly comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, both western and Vietnamese. The staff were incredibly helpful, allowing us to store our bags and assisting us with renting a motorbike and arranging day trips. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to many excellent restaurants and bars.
