My recent stay at Riva was fantastic. The communication from the hotel was excellent, and they even offered a discounted limousine pickup from the airport. The staff were attentive and upgraded our room to one with a better view. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. With its beachfront location and stunning views, the hotel provided a lovely experience. The restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend Riva for a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The beachfront view from the room was breathtaking and it was so convenient being just a few steps away from the shore. I also loved that the hotel offered a limousine pickup service from the airport. the staff was friendly at all times and made sure that we had everything we needed. Best aspects: the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with essential amenities.

It seemed to cater more towards Asian cuisine and lacked variety in terms of Western options. the soundproofing could have been better as I could hear noises from the hallway sometimes.
