About the project

CitizenM opened a 230-room property at 3401 K Street in Georgetown, Washington D.C. — its third location in the city and the first citizenM to open since the brand joined Marriott Bonvoy. Another Star manages the hotel. Designed by Concrete Amsterdam, the building sits a short walk from Georgetown's waterfront and Georgetown University. Rooms follow citizenM's compact design formula with XL king beds, 4K streaming TVs, rain showers, and in-room iPad controls. Common areas include a 24/7 gym, living room, and canteenM. The property features a mural by D.C.-based artist J.D. Deardourff. Guests can earn and redeem Marriott Bonvoy points.

Why this project matters
