Great location, brand new facilities, clean, lovely modern building, excellent value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located close to local shops and the university where I was working. It is also very close to the city, yet in a quiet and calm area. Additionally, it is a short distance from the Belconnen Westfield shopping centre, which offers a variety of shopping options.

There were some teething issues with the housekeeping service, as mentioned in the reviews.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect - situated near a lovely park with plenty of eatery options. The staff at receptionist welcomed me properly with a delicious drink. The room amenities were exceptional - ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area. The flat-screen TV had a variety of channels to choose from. I also appreciated the leisure facilities on offer, including the fitness centre, swimming pool and seasonal outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The free Wi-Fi was a great added benefit, and the luggage storage and 24-hour reception were very helpful.

This hotel would be perfect for families too!

Our recent stay at the hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect, with pubs, restaurants, and a beautiful park nearby. We loved that the hotel was dog-friendly and allowed us to bring our furry companion. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself was compact but had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer that did a great job. The spacious room was clean and ideal for our family of four. The best part was the free hotel parking, which saved us from the hassle of finding parking elsewhere. Also, having a Woolworth's next to the hotel was very convenient.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the challenging parking situation and the lack of clear signage, these were outweighed by the overall positive experience.

My city trip stay had two complimentary facts offered, which was a great surprise. The location was perfect as it was right across a supermarket and near a shopping center. I enjoyed the amenities that came with the hotel room.

The hotel's car park is a real nightmare as it is very confusing to navigate, and the elevators do not have clear signage. The hotel did not have good customer service as the receptionist was not accommodating when I reported a disturbing message found in the hotel room.

Spacious, comfortable rooms with large bathrooms and fluffy towels. Convenient kitchenette with pod coffee machine, hot plate, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Quiet location.

Convenient location with a supermarket and cafe nearby. Central location with easy access to shops and take-away options.- Enjoyed the walk around the lake in the morning.- The beds were comfortable.- Having a washing machine in the apartment was convenient.

The room layout was strange and there was a nail sticking out from the carpet, which was dangerous. The carpet in front of the bathroom was wet, indicating a leak.
