The room was surprisingly clean and well-designed. It had all the essentials like a microwave and kettle, and the owner was really helpful. They provided good service and supported local businesses, which was a bonus. The new owners seemed very driven and had some great ideas for improving the property.

The shower. It would have been better if it had a handheld showerhead, especially for someone like me who needed to be seated while showering.

The beds were comfortable, and we loved the extra soft fleecy blanket. Moreover, the reception staff, Sam and Matthew, were friendly and provided a warm welcome. Our room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a microwave, crockery, cutlery, and wine glasses. We also appreciated the nearby Sea Shanty restaurant, located on the Esplanade, which served tasty seafood. The motel's convenient location near shops and great walking areas made it an ideal choice. we had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay there again.
