I had an amazing stay at this gem of a place in Broadbeach. The value for money was unbeatable and the room exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and comfort. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and even the casino if that's your thing. The staff at Avani were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend!

I can easily say that this hotel is an amazing place to stay! The location is perfect and it has everything I could ask for. The staff working here are very friendly and deliver great service, especially the Duty Manager who made everything easy and simple during my stay, allowing me to enjoy my experience to the fullest. The outdoor areas are well-maintained with a beautiful swimming pool and bbq facilities, and the rooms are fully equipped with all the amenities I needed: free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a kitchen, and a balcony with a great view!

This hotel is highly recommended, specially for families, due to its outstanding standards.

Lift issues for the first 2 days.

My recent stay at Avani was fantastic! The two-bedroom apartment had amazing views and all the amenities we needed, including a pod coffee machine. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and Pacific Fair shopping centre. I highly recommend this hotel for your next Gold Coast getaway.

The complementary champagne and chocolates were a nice touch to welcome the New Year. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the bustling area with plenty of restaurants and entertainment options. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the skyline from our room's balcony.

The room cleaning service was subpar, as we had to request multiple times for items to be restocked, and the overall cleanliness was not up to standard. the parking fee was an unwelcome surprise and added to the overall expense of our stay.
