Great value for money, spacious and clean rooms - perfect for families. The location couldn't be better - very central and surprisingly quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast choices could be improved with a greater variety of options.

The hotel offered clean and spacious rooms, along with friendly staff ready to assist during our stay. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. the fast wifi was a pleasant surprise and allowed us to mix business with pleasure.

The hotel lacked certain amenities. The absence of utensils to cook with meant we were limited in preparing meals.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were also pleased to find that it is close to everything in the city, so we didn't have to rely on the free tram. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The staff were friendly and the reception staff were particularly helpful. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen facilities.

The cleaners could improve their standard, as they did not clean the floors or restock consumables properly.

I recently stayed at this fabulous hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. First of all, the location is unbeatable! It is situated right across from a plethora of amazing eateries and is within walking distance to all the major attractions in the city. The Hardware Lane Dining precinct is just a stone's throw away, making it so convenient to enjoy delicious meals. Not to mention, there are multiple shopping complexes nearby, perfect for some retail therapy.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of the city. With its prime location, excellent service, and top-notch facilities, you won't be disappointed.
