Luxurious bedding, great location, good facilities, helpful staff, lovely gardens.

There was nothing I didn't like.

stayed at the lovely historic Brassey Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise and provided us with plenty of space to enjoy a games night with our parents. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the view from our 3rd story window was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the gym had an impressive range of equipment for workouts.

The location of the hotel was great for exploring nearby galleries, restaurants, and bars. Additionally, there were nearby shops located in Kingston making it a convenient spot for tourists. The room was clean and comfortable to stay in. The shower water pressure was excellent and the bed was soft and welcoming.

The parking provided for overnight accommodation was limited and not suitable for larger cars.

We recently went on a romantic escape and we were pleasantly surprised with our accommodation. The comfy bedding and heavy curtains made for a peaceful night's sleep, allowing us to wake up refreshed. We loved the fact that there were complementary drinks and snacks waiting for us in our room, and the complimentary breakfast was just what we needed to start our day. The location couldn't have been better as it was close to all the main attractions. Sitting on the benches outside and enjoying the beautiful garden setting was one of the highlights of our stay.

Although the room was generally clean, we did notice a few areas that were in need of maintenance. The bathroom had some mold and the grout was missing in places.

Conveniently located in the Barton precinct with ample free parking, the rustic hotel provides well-insulated and comfortable rooms with a large shower. There is a communal kitchen with complimentary coffee machine, T2 tea, and fruit. The hotel has a fantastic gym and spa, and guests can rent bikes and explore the nearby park.

This hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful surroundings. The beds are like sleeping on clouds, and we never had to worry about parking. The staff are super friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The little kitchen area with the coffee machine and microwave was a pleasant surprise, and we loved being able to grab some snacks and wine whenever we wanted. The location is perfect, with great cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. The heritage building adds a touch of class, and we loved the cozy furnishings in our room. The staff, especially Chrissy, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast room was a cozy spot to enjoy our morning coffee and read the newspapers. this hotel exceeded all our expectations and we couldn't be happier with our stay. Highly recommended!

Staying here was an amazing experience. I loved how this place is located in such a quiet and leafy area, but still so close to all of the main attractions. The service is top-notch - the staff are always happy to help and arrange any requests. The room amenities were fantastic, including the in-room safe and ironing facilities, and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. The leisure spa and wellness centre had so many amazing treatments to choose from and the garden area was a great place to relax after a long day. Wi-fi was also very reliable and on-site car parking was very convenient.

Though there were plenty of lights in the room, I struggled to read with them and one of the reading lamps had fused. However, they happily could have fixed it on request.

The Brassey Hotel offers a comfortable and quiet stay with friendly staff. Easy parking and a common minibar are added bonuses. Conveniently located near cafes, restaurants, and parliament house. Great for solo travelers.

The hotel recently underwent renovations and our room was comfortable with nice furniture. There was a fridge and ironing board in the room. The location was excellent and we enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee in the foyer. I recommend this hotel.
