We had a wonderful stay at By The Sea in Port Douglas. The room was compact, but had everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel provided extras like beach gear, shopping trundles, and a well-stocked library. The location was perfect, close to the beach and main street. Highly recommended!

Great facilities and excellent staff made our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the complementary equipment such as beach chairs and bikes. The location was also perfect, being close to the action but not too noisy. We particularly enjoyed the beach view from our room.

The apartment was not as clean as we had hoped and some of the furniture was worn. It was also frustrating that the internet was slow and unreliable during our stay.
