The location of the Grand Hotel was perfect for exploring the city and nearby parks. Being able to walk everywhere made our stay very convenient. The spacious rooms with their modern interiors were clean and comfortable. The spa room upgrade was definitely worth it, providing a luxurious and relaxing experience. Despite some minor inconveniences, the staff at the hotel were quick and efficient in addressing any issues we had. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, and spacious accommodations.

I recently stayed at a hotel opposite a brewery which was great for a tour. This place is in easy walking distance of all the attractions I wanted to visit and has laundry facilities in the room. The staff were super-friendly and the room amenities were impressive - including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar and a balcony to sit and enjoy the views.

My experience at this venue was positive. I would recommend it to friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Located in the heart of the city, great for exploring. Rooms were spacious and had a good ambiance. The bed was comfortable and the couches were cozy, perfect for lounging around. Bonus points for the tea and coffee.

The hotel's vintage charm was overshadowed by its outdated facilities. The elevator was severely overcrowded and stopped working in the middle.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful hotel positioned perfectly for our adventure. The location was superb, with the famous Boags brewery just across the street and the lovely City Park right next door. We were in walking distance of all the tourist spots we wanted to visit. The room was stylish and comfortable, with a luxurious spa bath in the bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service, giving us a map of the area and pointing out all the places we wanted to go. We also appreciated the cutlery provided for our meals. it was a fantastic experience.

That the laundry facilities were not very useful as the dryer was broken.
