We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, with the town centre and beautiful beaches just a short walk away. The hotel itself was clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The heated pool was a highlight, and we enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers and using the BBQ facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the convenient services offered, such as the grocery shopping service and laundry facilities. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay here truly enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel to families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location of Crest Apartments was perfect for our stay in Byron Bay. It was just a short walk to the beach and a quick stroll into the center of town. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the lovely pool area, complete with a BBQ for relaxing evenings. Despite a minor issue with the bedroom TV, our overall experience was fantastic.

The staff at The Crest were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. The pool was great and the rooms offered great value for money. The manager, Dan, was friendly and provided excellent recommendations for places to eat and tourist attractions in the surrounding area. The property was well designed, well appointed, and had secure parking.

The apartment is in a prime location, just a short walk to the city centre and with easy access to the beach. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen that met all our needs and brand new multimedia. The manager, Dan, was extremely hospitable and provided excellent guest support. The pool and barbeque area, although under renovation, showed promise.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

Spent my Christmas at this amazing hotel! I loved the location, just a short walk to the beach and town center. The pool was definitely the highlight of my stay, especially since the beach was a bit too windy on some days. The contact-free check-in and check-out was very convenient and allowed me to enjoy my stay without any stress.

The outdated bathroom and slow Wi-fi. It could use a little renovation to match the rest of the apartment.
