The conversion of the old government building is brilliant. Friendly and efficient staff. Unexpectedly good views. Comprehensive and delicious buffet breakfast. Well laid out and comfortable rooms. Brilliant bathroom/toilet design. Excellent and prompt service. Rooftop bar at sunset. Great quality toiletries.

The shower in the room was really great and one of the best I have used. The hotel's bathrooms were also really sleek and stylish. The location was really convenient, everything was within walking distance. One of the best aspects was the eco-friendliness of the room, I felt like I was doing good for the environment.

The room was overpriced and definitely not worth the money. Room service was a disappointment with only a few items on the menu and the quality of the food was horrible.

Attended 50th anniversary, provided platter in room. Enjoyed cocktail bar, attentive staff. Greeted by person at reception, friendly and helpful. Comfortable room, good breakfast buffet. Convenient location for waterfront and eateries.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated to exceptional service at Crystalbrook Kingsley. The staff, especially Harry and his friend, went above and beyond to find me a room and get me checked in, even though I hadn't made a reservation. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with cool and chic rooms that have everything you need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the smart lighting added a fantastic touch. The rooftop bar offers delicious cocktails and bar snacks, and the complimentary tea was a nice touch. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

My stay at this hotel was luxurious and exclusive. The amenities offered were top-notch and fulfilled my needs as a traveler. From the restaurant to the bar and lounge area, the service was impeccable, and the special diet menus were a welcome surprise. Additionally, the location offered several advantages, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

The only negative aspect of my stay was that there was no live entertainment. However, this was only a minor issue, and overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being close to everything in the Lake Macquarie area. The rooms are spacious and eco-friendly, with big comfy king-size beds. The staff provides exceptional customer service, always with a friendly smile. The buffet breakfast is comprehensive and delicious, and the views from the restaurant are lovely.

The lack of available parking near the hotel is a major inconvenience.

The design of the rooms at Crystalbrook Kingsley was absolutely stunning. The attention to detail and the way they seamlessly incorporated the existing building was impressive. I felt like I was staying in a truly luxurious and upmarket accommodation. The wooden disc room keys were a unique touch. Although small and light, I did have a small concern about possibly losing them.
