village cairns exceeded my expectations with its clean rooms, balcony, and amazing value-for-money facilities. the big kitchen, TV lounge, and included towels were a nice touch. a definite recommendation for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Mind-blowing hostel with single level beds, great free breakfast, and even a free curry! Super central location, clean and modern facilities. Staff is friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our bags and providing a spacious private room with AC. Definitely would book again!

The Village Cairns provided an incredibly convenient location and the staff were super friendly. The door-lock system was top-notch and having a socket for each bed was mind-blowing. The cleanliness of the hostel was impressive, and the modern and clean room was jaw-dropping. The easy check-in with the app and great price were a pleasant surprise. The air-conditioning in the room was fantastic. Plus, the shared kitchen, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, game room, and board games added to the overall amazing experience. Luggage storage and locker room facilities were very useful. The express check-in/-out made the stay hassle-free. It was also great that there were no pets allowed and that there was a 24-hour reception. Lastly, the no smoking policy on site was appreciated.

We enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere, live music, and engaging events like trivia and karaoke. The staff, especially the friendly Alex, went above and beyond to accommodate our late check-in and resolve any issues. The beds were comfortable, the showers were nice, and the overall cleanliness was commendable. The reliable Wi-Fi and daily events were perfect for bonding and meeting new people.

For dads, it would be great to have a designated family-friendly area for children to play and socialize.

I recently stayed at a hostel in a great location, close to the swimming area, shops, and restaurants. The hostel had the best bathrooms I have ever seen in a hostel, with fantastic showers and free body wash and conditioner. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the kitchen was huge and well-equipped. There was even a shared area where I could get milk, bread, and butter. it was a convenient and comfortable stay.

There were issues with the check-in process outside of normal business hours, which made things difficult.

The staff were so helpful. Loved the furniture and decor. The little lamp at each bed meant not having to turn on the main light and disturb other guests. Very quiet, comfortable, and modern with the goki app. Great location close to cafes, restaurants, lagoon, and car hire. Staff, especially Ashley, were super friendly and took time to help with travel arrangements. a top-notch stay.

My stay at Village was amazing! The installation was great, the spot was really good, and the vibe of the staff was super nice. I especially want to mention Stan from reception, who gave us excellent attention and had a particularly positive and welcoming attitude. The staff in general were really nice and made us feel at home. The location of the hostel was perfect, with Woolworths and a bottle shop just a few steps away. The rooms were clean and new, with individual beds equipped with lights and charging ports, providing privacy even in a hostel setting. The facilities were always spotless, and I really appreciated the convenience.

The location of the hotel was excellent, especially during school holidays when everything else was booked out. It was conveniently located next to a supermarket and close to the communal area, making it easy to explore the city. The staff offered free use of bicycles, which was a great way to get around and see the sights.

I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the kitchen. Some guests didn't clean up after themselves, and there were not enough dish drying towels.

This place is mind-blowing! The location is jaw-droppingly perfect, close to everything including the ferry terminal for trips. The hostel feels like a hotel with its secure entrance and super safe atmosphere. The room may be small, but the beds are so comfy and the shared bathroom is spotless. And let me tell you, the kitchen is enormous with all the utensils and appliances you could dream of. Plus, the terrace near the kitchen is a super cool hangout spot. We had such a great time here, we'll definitely be back!

I just loved my stay at The Village! Great value for money with a comfortable bed, clean room, and even a smart TV with Netflix! The location was perfect, right in the center and close to everything. The staff were friendly and made my holiday so relaxing and enjoyable.
