The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and we loved being able to use the balcony and enjoy the view. The pool was clean and refreshing. Plus, the receptionist, Chantal, was exceptionally helpful and had the keys ready for us early. we had a great experience at Getaway On Grafton and would highly recommend it.

The pool and spa are clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxation.

Carrying suitcases up two flights of stairs can be challenging for some guests.

Although the apartments were generally clean, we found some dirt swept behind the laundry door and a greasy section on the stove top that we had to clean ourselves. The design of the ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom was awkward, particularly the poorly positioned toilet.

The two bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, with the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The lounge and kitchen were well-appointed and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. this place felt like a home away from home.
