Honestly, the one thing I wish was different was the lack of a party vibe. The hotel was great for exploring the city, but it would've been even more lit if they had a rooftop bar or organized events for young party animals like us.

The location is fantastic, right across the road from the amazing Queen Vic Markets and plenty of great restaurants to socialize with friends and have a drink. The staff provides excellent service and goes above and beyond to assist guests. The basic amenities provided are sufficient and meet the needs of guests.

We were delighted to find the tram stop was just a short walk away, which made getting around the city a breeze. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay, and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom facilities were also great, with plenty of hot water and toiletries provided. The breakfast was lovely, with a good selection to choose from, and the dining area was clean and well-presented. We particularly liked the lobby area, which was stylishly decorated and comfortably furnished.
