The value for money at Palmer Collective was exceptional, the room was clean, comfortable, and had a Smart TV with Netflix. The location on Palmer Street was perfect, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The free onsite parking was very convenient for our city trip and the hotel's key location close to restaurants and a convenience store across the road made our stay even more convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, even offering complimentary water bottles. We also appreciated the option to opt-out of room servicing and the well sound proofed rooms.

There weren't always enough car parks for guests and one night we had to park on a back street that doesn't get much traffic. the grout in the shower looked dated and in need of redoing.
