The rooms were excellent and the food was delicious. The service provided by the staff was outstanding and they went above and beyond to make our experience special. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city.

The encounters with animals felt rushed and less than expected. The experiences were brief, and we were left wanting more.

Our stay at Jamala Wildlife Lodge was worth every penny. The room was superb and the location was perfect, with the balcony overlooking the giraffes being a highlight. The staff treated us like royalty, making us feel special and ensuring we had an extraordinary experience with the animals.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety or specials.

The experience at this wildlife lodge was simply amazing. As an animal lover, being able to stay so close to the animals and watch them up close was fantastic. The afternoon and morning walks with the zookeeper were so informative and added to the overall experience. The meals at the lodge were outstanding, with high-quality food and a variety of options to choose from.

Honestly, there was nothing that I disliked about my stay at this lodge. Every aspect of the experience surpassed my expectations.

We had an incredible time at this hotel. The staff were helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the animals. They were passionate about the conservation projects and shared interesting information about them. The rooms were amazing in terms of decor and cleanliness. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing us with extra opportunities to get close to the animals. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious meals offered. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and meals were the best aspects of our stay.

The animal encounters were amazing and informative. Being able to touch the rhinos and feed the hyenas was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, answering all our questions and making us feel welcome. The accommodations were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.

There was a bit of a lack of information upon arrival, which caused us to get lost and almost be late for our meet and greet. It would have been helpful to have more direct instructions.
