The apartments at Lychee Tree Holiday are beautifully surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The location is perfect, with easy access to both the beach and the town. We especially enjoyed the refreshing pool, which was a real treat after a day of exploring. The kitchen in our apartment was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals, and having a washing machine was a great convenience. The staff were friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to book a Great Barrier Reef boat tour for us. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

While our apartment was clean and comfortable, there were a few issues that could be improved. The bedroom tended to get warm, and having a better air conditioning system in that room would have been ideal.

The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and close to everything I needed. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and provided helpful maps and information. The pool and BBQ area were great for relaxing. The ample parking was a plus.

There were some noise issues with guests in adjacent rooms late at night.

The free tour desk is so helpful, they practically planned my whole trip for me! Port Douglas is the gateway to paradise, with stunning reefs and rainforests. The apartments are conveniently located near shops and eateries. Edward gave great recommendations too.

My only complaint is that the birds were too chirpy in the morning, but I guess they can't control that.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I was impressed with the spaciousness of the apartment and the inviting pool area. The location was ideal, being only a short walk away from the main street, with plenty of options for dining and shopping. And the beachy decor added to the relaxed feel of the place.

The noise from the air-conditioners in our apartment, and the slight discomfort in the second bedroom. But the managers were so attentive and accommodating that they more than made up for it with their friendly attitude.

Good location for self drivers. Two separate bedrooms. Spacious living area and bathroom. Usually quiet at night. Very comfortable all round.

I recently stayed at a wonderful holiday apartment in Port Douglas. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with clear instructions for everything. The staff went above and beyond to help us out when we had an issue, saving us a significant amount of money. The facilities, including the bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms, were comfortable and had a good range of utensils. The TV, wifi, and DVD selection were excellent, and the pool was fantastic and clean. The owners provided great recommendations and information. I would definitely return to Lychee Tree Holiday Apartments.
