Staying here exceeded my expectations. This place was set in beautiful gardens that made me feel like I was staying on a resort. It was centrally located, with other local attractions not far away. The room was equipped with everything I could need, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and TV, so I could stay entertained. The dining area had a garden view, which made eating the delicious food even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering room service and cleaning services, with a shuttle service available to take me where I needed to go.

Reasonable prices, ground floor units, quiet setting. Lovely gardens, comfortable bed. Delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of hot food. Friendly and helpful staff, apartment was spacious. Short walk to attraction and short drive to restaurants. a pleasant stay. 👍

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and quick to resolve any issues. The breakfasts were satisfying and delicious. The hotel's location provided privacy and a beautiful environment with a peaceful lake.

During our stay at Mercure Ballarat, we were impressed by the efficient check-in process and the friendly receptionist who made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The bathroom had heating, a much-needed feature during the chilly weather. We also appreciated the beautifully landscaped gardens and the convenient parking area. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, being close to Sovereign Hill and other attractions in the area.

While the room was generally great, we did notice a few areas that could use improvement. The lounge chairs were a bit uncomfortable and could benefit from cushions for added comfort.

We had a lovely romantic getaway with some enjoyable aspects. The complimentary chocolates and bottle of wine were a delightful surprise. The location was perfect, with scenic surroundings and nice gardens to wander around. the restaurant was fantastic with delicious food and attentive waitstaff.

We did have a few setbacks during our stay. The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy and disruptive to our sleep.
