The facilities are stunning and well-maintained with a beautiful main pool. The food is delicious, and the daily food vouchers make the stay affordable. The staff is helpful and already have answers to questions. The location is perfect and the spa is a must.

The Balinese Villa with a drop pool provides a luxurious and relaxing experience. The friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are both delicious and generous, with the roasted cauliflower being a standout. The resort's main pool area is well-maintained, and guests are provided with chilled water upon arrival.

The beds in some villas are reported to be too hard, which may affect comfort levels.

We had a great stay at this resort. The villa was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The private pool was definitely a highlight of our stay, along with the beautiful gardens surrounding the villa. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed.

The uncomfortable bed. The mattress was too hard and the pillows were not supportive enough for a good night's sleep.

The swimming pool and outdoor area were immaculate, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas readily available for relaxation. The restaurant and bar area offered delectable dishes and exquisite cocktails that truly satisfied my taste buds. The private facilities were exclusive and added to the overall luxurious feel of the venue.

Although the room was designed to perfection, there was a minor issue with the cleanliness of the couch in the lounge area. Despite this, the room advantages were exceptional, including a pool with a view and a beautiful outdoor dining area.
