The staff were amazing! So helpful and friendly. The food at Muscats Restaurant was out of this world! The resort's peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings were perfect for some relaxation after a business meeting.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The location of this place is perfect, as it is close to all the attractions that the popular Swan Valley has to offer. I was able to easily walk to the shops and enjoy the nearby golf course. The hotel also has a fantastic kids play area, which was a great bonus for my family. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with the reception staff providing excellent assistance upon entry. I was impressed with the range of amenities available in the rooms, including free Wi-Fi, in-room air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The restaurant and bar areas were also fantastic, with a wide selection of drinks and delicious food options. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The leisure facilities, including the spa and outdoor swimming pool, were a wonderful way to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff at this resort were absolutely amazing - so genuine, happy, friendly, and helpful. The management must be doing something right here if the staff are like this. The treatment and experience at Keishi Day Spa was fabulous and highly recommended. The room was impressively clean and spacious with a quiet atmosphere. The dining experience at Muscats and the Cafe was top-notch with great food and service. The bar with the pianist was excellent, and the young kiwi fellow who drove us to and from our apartment was just delightful. The coffee lass outside was also lovely. Waking up each morning to Kangaroos exploring the grounds was a mind-blowing experience. The rainfall shower in the room was fantastic, and the selection of new movies to choose from was a super addition. The room service dinner was delivered promptly and was delicious. The breakfast buffet had a jaw-dropping selection of hot food, pastries, cereal, and bread. The location was great for exploring the Swan Valley and Guildford.

I recently stayed at Novotel in Perth and had a fantastic experience. The room was first class, recently renovated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with a nice pool and bar with a great selection of drinks. The location was perfect for my business needs, and I enjoyed exploring the nearby area. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Some staff members' behavior potentially posed a danger to guests, such as driving golf carts too quickly and disregarding safety measures while operating them. The accommodations themselves also needed improvements, with outdated furnishings and uncomfortable shower spray.
