The location was superb, right next to the marina in the centre of Cairns, which gave me easy access to all facilities. The staff were friendly and couldn't help me enough with excellent service. They even gave me a balcony on request! The leisure facilities were also top-notch, with an outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers. The room amenities included ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. I especially appreciated the room service and laundry service. The bar and restaurant were also great, with a special diet menu available.

The staff didn't want to move our checkout time for later, but that was a minor inconvenience. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with good customer service.

The reef fleet terminal was just across the road, making it convenient for our boat tours. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and we enjoyed sunset views from our balcony.

That the lady at check-in seemed a bit distracted and tried to charge us for the room again, even though we had already paid in advance. However, this was quickly resolved and didn't affect the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Spent Christmas at a hotel that offered two complementary drinks at check-in, the perfect location for exploring the city and a fantastic rooftop with panoramic views. The hotel was in the perfect spot to take advantage of the city's festive atmosphere, with lots of events happening nearby. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, and the room was decently sized.

The downside to staying here was that the room didn't come with control over the temperature, which was uncomfortably cold at times. The walls were also quite thin, so we could hear noise from other guests.
