This hotel provides excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Located just on the outskirts of town, it offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of Port Douglas. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making our stay with our three little kids a breeze. The rooms are well-equipped with excellent facilities, including two bathrooms and sunny outside seating areas. The breakfast options are delicious and satisfying, setting us up for a day of exploring the surrounding areas.

The cleanliness could be improved.

Spacious apartments with comfy beds, great shower, and kitchen facilities. Fantastic pool with Tiki Bar open on select days. Friendly staff and lovely live entertainment in the pool area. Convenient location near supermarkets and shops.

Great Amenities and Service Convenient Location and Comfortable Rooms

During my recent city break, I was impressed by the great amenities offered by the resort. The pool and spa were well maintained and inviting, and we enjoyed using them frequently. the resort staff provided excellent service, going out of their way to assist us with our needs.

While I enjoyed my stay at the resort, there were a few negative aspects. There was some noise from adjacent roads, which could be disruptive at times.

I had a fantastic stay at the Plantation Resort in Port Douglas. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The resort had a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, with separate bedrooms and cooking facilities, making it ideal for families. The pool was a highlight, especially for my 18-month-old, with its three levels and child-friendly design. And let's not forget about the awesome pizza at the restaurant by the pool. Although the resort is a bit far from the shops and restaurants in Port Douglas, they do have a shuttle service for convenience. I had a hassle-free and enjoyable holiday at the Plantation Resort and would highly recommend it to others.
