I had a great stay at this hotel - the value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the Main Street and convenient for exploring the local attractions. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, from the management to the bar staff. Special shoutout to Brad Gunn, the assistant manager, who was always attentive and made sure all guests were taken care of. Darryl at check-in was also brilliant, providing us with all the information we needed for our shark diving trip. Shaun followed up before our trip to make sure our room requests were met and we were able to stay on the same floor as our friends.

The breakfast menu could be improved. It would be helpful to have a sign in the bathroom warning guests about the slippery floors when wet, especially for the elderly.

We found this venue to be conveniently located right on the foreshore with amazing views of the bay. The staff were really friendly and receptive to our questions and requests, especially the lady on reception who was on her third shift. The facilities were top-notch, with everything we could need on site. The dining restaurant had an excellent selection on their menus and the staff were attentive and welcoming. The leisure swimming pool and sun terrace were wonderful places to relax.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel was ideal, offering breathtaking views of the sea. We were also treated to a stunning light show on the port silos. The rooms were clean, fresh, and the bathroom was top-notch. Our family of four had ample space, and even our little one got a crib. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Coffin Bay made for an excellent day trip. The staff was friendly and provided exceptional service.

The complementary products were of great quality and perfect for a romantic escape. The high ceiling and fresh air also added a nice touch to our stay. The balcony was a great spot to enjoy the view and location was ideal to step out for dinner.

The spa bath was difficult to access for elders due to the height and lack of support. the tiles in the bathroom were quite slippery and we found a lot of hair in the extra blanket provided.

Staff members were friendly and helpful, especially Daniel and the young blonde girl at Richard's Wedding. Rooms were comfortable and beds were good. Restaurant had good food. Enjoyed the pool and had a pleasant stay.

Staff members were super polite and friendly, especially Daniel and another young blonde hair girl on Sunday serving at the Richard's Wedding. Meal was magnificent. Food was great. Staff were amazing, friendly, and informative. The room was clean, comfortable, with an outstanding view of the bay.
