The staff at Pullman were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. We had a tired and cranky child, and they quickly arranged a buggy to transport us to our room. They even delivered a pizza and bottle of wine to our door within 15 minutes of ordering. The level of service was exceptional, and we will definitely be returning. The location of the resort was also convenient, within a short drive to the Entrance and Long Jetty stores. The lagoon pool was large and warm, perfect for all-day swimming, and the grounds were beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the resort is fantastic, just a short walk to the beautiful beach where you can enjoy a peaceful stroll along the coastline. Additionally, the Barrett's restaurant on-site offers delicious food and attentive service. Furthermore, it is conveniently close to The Entrance township, allowing easy access to shops and other amenities.

The price for food, spa, room, and services can be quite expensive compared to other resorts in the area.

We recently stayed at a resort for Thanksgiving and had a great time. The complementary sparkling wine and birthday gift were lovely surprises. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The lagoon pool was also a highlight, with plenty of seating options and umbrellas.

We did have a negative experience with some of the staff. They were not as attentive or welcoming as we had hoped.

I absolutely loved the facilities at this resort! The beach was a bit of a walk, but it was totally worth it, especially if you want a quiet beach to yourself. The pools were fantastic, and just a short 2-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place for a nice getaway.

Clean, spacious apartment. Nice private beach and great facilities including indoor and outdoor pools. Helpful staff and good breakfast with variety of fruits, pastries, and cheeses. Excellent overall vibe and family-friendly atmosphere.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities, including a fantastic spa and wellness centre. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation, and the beach access was a plus. The massage I received was one of the best I have ever had, and the spa lounge made me feel pampered and well taken care of. The garden area was a beautiful and serene spot, and the sun loungers were comfortable. The poolside snack bar served delicious food and drinks, and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

My minor issue was the need for a bit of maintenance. The shower head was a little loose, and the steam room had a small leak.
