We had a wonderful family weekend at a hotel near the beach, with a designated smoking area and everything we needed close-by. Our room was spacious and clean with a great view of the city and ocean. We enjoyed having a patio area to keep our young children safe.

The toilet paper provided was not of good quality for the price we paid.

The daily housekeeping was exceptional, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were friendly and professional. The location was perfect, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all nearby. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the observation deck, which offered breathtaking views. Next time, we'll request a room on a higher floor for an even better view. The pool facilities were also impressive, adding to our overall enjoyable experience.

We especially enjoyed the spa and wellness center, with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and jacuzzi. And the staff at the reception desk were helpful and accommodating. we highly recommend this venue.

I enjoyed my stay at Q1. The location was convenient and the apartment was spacious and clean. The highlight of my stay was the amazing view from the top level restaurant.

I was pleased with the quick replacement of a faulty vacuum in my room. Although the blinds in the lounge area didn't offer much privacy, it didn't detract from my overall experience.

The hotel location was perfect, right by the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi and the free parking which made our Easter stay more affordable. The swimming pools were amazing, with both indoor and outdoor options, and the views from the pool deck were stunning.

The beds were not very comfortable and we had a hard time sleeping. The lighting in the room was also quite dim, making it difficult to read or work on our laptops.

The location of this hotel is excellent, being in the center of Surfers Paradise and close to the patrolled beach. Many restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with modern kitchen facilities and a luxurious spa bath in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful, and parking is convenient. The three pools are fantastic for relaxation and enjoying the amazing views over the water and skyline.

One negative aspect is that there were some maintenance issues reported by previous guests, such as strong smells in the rooms and broken furniture, which were not promptly addressed by the staff.
