We had a comfortable stay at Quest Liverpool. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient for us, as it was close to where we needed to be. There were also plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. The hotel staff were honest and helpful, as they kept our lost items safe. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access. It is also close to the business area, making it a great choice for business travelers. Additionally, there is a nice cafe nearby where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. The rooms are comfortable with first-class furniture and fittings. The bathroom is well equipped and the service is excellent. Guests can also enjoy great views from the balcony. the hotel provides a convenient and comfortable stay.

There were some issues with the parking, as it was not clearly stated that there was an extra charge for it.

Our Christmas stay was overall decent with a few highlights. we appreciated the two complimentary drinks that were offered upon arrival. the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to shops and restaurants. Finally, the room was spacious and had a nice view.

On the other hand, there were some negative aspects of our stay. the room had a strange odor that was not pleasant.
