The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the tram and situated in a quiet residential area. It's also convenient to reach the Exhibition centre and there is a tiny outdoor area to relax in. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay.

One aspect that could be improved is the staff's inflexibility when it comes to arrival and departure changes, as mentioned in a review.

Spacious apartment with comfortable furniture, perfect for a family stay. Hassle-free check-in process and secure access to the apartments. Cleanliness was not an issue, everything met expectations.

The neighborhood was calm, and it was just a 10-minute walk to Victoria Market. The apartments were fully equipped with a kitchen, kitchenware, and even an in-apartment washing machine. The modern design in the living area and kitchen was impressive, and the bathroom was also nicely designed. The lady at the reception was very kind and informative, which added to our overall positive experience.

I had a great stay here! The location was fantastic, tucked away in a quiet street that provided a peaceful atmosphere. The room had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities and a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, accommodating all my needs with a helpful and respectful attitude. The free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus too. I was very impressed with the level of service and the quality of the room.

Free snacks and drinks as compliments and a staff that always smiled were good. The hotel is centrally located, close to the shops, and easy to catch a tram. Another advantage was the spacious rooms that were really comfortable.

The rooms weren't very clean, and there was dust on many surfaces. No one came to clean the room during our 4-day stay, leading to a lack of towels and toilet paper.
