This hotel is beautifully situated on the Tamar river, offering stunning views from the rooms. The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious with lovely large bathrooms. Even if you arrive late, you'll find all the basic amenities you need. Additionally, the breakfast spread includes a variety of regular style bakery food.

Everything was alright during my stay at this hotel.

I was amazed by the stunning views of the Tamar River from my room at Rosevears. The full-height windows and balcony provided the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the picturesque scenery. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the convenience of having a coffee pod machine with a variety of pods available. The shower with the option of a rain head or spray nozzle was a delightful touch. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions and sights. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Rosevears for its breathtaking views, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location.

The location of the hotel on the hillside provides breathtaking views of the Tamar River. It's a perfect spot to go for a relaxing stroll after enjoying a delicious breakfast from the nearby bakery. Additionally, it is conveniently located on the outskirts of Launceston City, making it easy to access all activities in the area.

The shower in the bathroom did not have a door, resulting in a wet floor after use.

The view of the river and the spa were amazing. We also enjoyed the morning tea options and the great location close to the town.

The reception staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, ignoring us and chatting amongst themselves. The lack of microwave and the inconvenient parking situation only added to our negative experience.
