I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was really impressed with the service. The room amenities were really comfortable and the outdoor heated swimming pool was great for a dip. The leisure spa & wellness centre was incredible, the waxing and massages were top-notch. The staff here really made up for the air conditioning that wasn't working, they made quick arrangements for us to move rooms without any issues.

Recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Located close to many attractions of the area, the hotel is perfect for those attending concerts at nearby vineyard Hope Estate or looking to cool off at the waterpark. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and staff are friendly and accommodating.

Guests mentioned issues with the fire alarm system, which caused unnecessary inconvenience during their stay.

Great facilities, lovely golf course, spacious villas, excellent pool and sports facilities, good breakfast with options for ordering coffee and fresh juice, outstanding staff.

Had an awesome Christmas here! Loved the friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, especially the omelettes and croissants! , the complementary wine and cheeseboard were a really nice touch. The location was perfect, walking distance to town and easy to get around. Best of all, we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking in the beautiful scenery.

The A/C was a bit dodgy and could use some maintenance. The TV was not the best and was a bit frustrating to use.

We got excellent value for our money at Rydges in Lovedale. The room was clean and comfortable, with a king-sized bed that was so cozy. The staff treated us with utmost courtesy and were always ready to help.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, especially the scrambled eggs and mushrooms.

Upgraded to spa suite after room complaint. Complimentary wine for husband's birthday. Close to wineries. Friendly front desk staff. Great dining experience at Redsalt. Comfortable ambience at Vista lounge. Casual atmosphere at bars and grills. Tasty food, including kids' meal. Enjoyed live music performance. Fun arcade room. Generous breakfast selection. Choice of later check-out. Impressed by the size of the property.

Our stay at Rydges was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the surroundings. We also loved the pool, which was a great way to cool off on a hot day. Although there was some construction going on, it didn't really bother us. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

I had a lovely stay at a spread out resort with lots of facilities. The check-in lady even gave me drink vouchers for my birthday, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. They even moved me to a nicer room when there was a strange smell in my initial room. Parking was easy, and the water park was a hit with the kids. I especially enjoyed the ambiance around the pool and the excellent location and room. I look forward to staying at this resort again soon.

The day spa at Rydges was absolutely amazing, with exceptional staff who made my experience truly enjoyable. The Plaza also had exceptional friendly staff. The air conditioning throughout the resort was a lifesaver during the hot days in the Hunter Valley. The pool area was nice and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Pam at Redsalt was an absolute gem, providing great service at breakfast.
