The staff were extremely helpful and friendly towards us as guests with disabilities. The room was spacious, tidy, and had ample storage for our luggage. The location was convenient and easily accessible. We enjoyed the delicious meal at the restaurant and bar downstairs. The free Wifi was a great addition and should be available without any extra cost.

We felt happy with our experience, and the staff made sure that everything was taken care of. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The breakfast staff at Rydges were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Each morning, I looked forward to seeing their smiling faces, which made my day start off positively. The central location of the hotel also made it really convenient to explore the city and access other attractions. The staff in general were very nice and helpful, making my stay pleasant overall.

Located close to the ferry terminal for Magnetic Island, the hotel is in the perfect spot for those wanting to explore the beautiful island. Additionally, its central location in the main city shopping complexes means that guests have easy access to a range of shops and boutiques. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby for those looking to enjoy a delicious meal.

The hotel could benefit from some refurbishment in certain areas.

We enjoyed our thanksgiving stay with two complementary deals that made our stay even better and the key location near the marina was a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful view. Another advantage was the comfortable bed in our room.

The hotel's age was noticeable with dirty carpets and poor renovations. The restaurant was also closed during our stay, resulting in a gloomy atmosphere in the lobby.

We absolutely loved staying here! This place is in such a good area, with lots of great restaurants close by. The service was great - we had room service which was super fast and the food was really good quality. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. They upgraded us to a higher level when we asked to be away from the street noise. They even had free parking, which was a bonus.
