This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent, as we were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices. Secondly, the attention to detail was remarkable, with spotlessly clean rooms and thoughtful amenities like toiletries and rolled-up towels. The location was simply perfect, with the hotel situated just across the road from the beach, providing a beautiful seaside atmosphere. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided great service, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The motel's location was also a highlight, being within walking distance to Rye beach and close to a nearby cafe. Additionally, the motel provided easy access to a supermarket and more dining options, making it convenient for our needs. Despite the minor noise from the main road, we found the overall experience to be enjoyable and good value for our budget. I would recommend this motel for a pleasant stay on a budget.

The motel is in a great location, right across from the beach with shady trees and stunning views. It is also close to boutique shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities like a kitchenette, large flat-screen TV, and comfortable beds. The proprietors are friendly and went above and beyond to assist guests, even offering a transportation solution during a stressful situation.

One minor issue was the presence of ants near the bathroom mirror, but it did not greatly impact our stay.

This motel was reasonably priced and was in a good location. It was close to many tourist attractions and restaurants. The check-in and checkout process was easy. The beds were comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities. , the room had a nice view of the sea which was an added advantage.

The cleanliness of the room was a huge disappointment. The room was not cleaned properly before we arrived.
