Friendly staff, great location, well-maintained pool

During our recent city trip, we were impressed by the friendly staff who made us feel welcome and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and key tourist sites within walking distance. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the well-maintained pool, which offered a refreshing retreat from the busy city streets. a pleasant experience.

While we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, there were a few maintenance issues that detracted from the experience, such as broken appliances and a general lack of attention to detail in cleaning. we were disappointed to discover that the hotel was privately owned and operated by a separate agency, rather than being transparently affiliated with the hotel brand.

Luxurious and exclusive amenities were within reach at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service, and the outdoor pool was clean and inviting. The beach access was great, and the hotel offered massage services at their Spa & wellness centre. The BBQ facilities and garden area are perfect for outdoor dining, and the sun loungers were very comfortable.

There was a minor issue with the floors in the apartment being dirty. It was a small factor amidst all the positives, but it would have been nice if it had been cleaned better.

The apartment we stayed in at Port Douglas Private Apartments In Temple was fantastic. It was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, with easy access to the pool and other resort facilities. We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it.

I had an amazing time on my tropical island holiday. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the main shops and the beach was excellent. The rooms were very spacious and clean, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay. The facilities, such as the cooking facilities and washing facilities, were great to have. the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient experience.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the rooms.
