We had a fantastic stay at this hidden rainforest retreat. The tranquil environment and beautiful surroundings made for a truly relaxing getaway. The spacious rooms were clean and offered stunning views of the lush rainforest. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious meals and attentive service. Despite a few minor issues, we would definitely recommend this unique and wonderful place to others. a highly recommended stay.

As a traveler seeking luxury, I couldn't have chosen a better place. The hotel met all my expectations with its exclusive amenities and phenomenal service. From the impressive sauna and swimming pool to the mouth-watering restaurant, this hotel has it all. The sun loungers and beach umbrellas were a nice touch and made my stay truly relaxing. Above all, the location advantages were a game-changer. Surrounded by lush greenery and exotic wildlife, it's a true paradise.

It was quite challenging to find space for my vehicle, and the hotel's valet service was quite slow. However, this minor inconvenience did not detract from the overall experience.

The resort is surrounded by beautiful grounds where we saw a variety of wildlife, making it a peaceful getaway. The room was tastefully decorated and had great facilities including amenities with a lovely fragrance. Staff were attentive and the breakfast provided was wonderful with perfect quality.

Although the majority of staff were polite and helpful, the reception lacked assistance with taking luggage to rooms resulting in having to carry heavy luggage around. It would have been better if the shuttle bus service ran every 2 hours instead of every 4 hours, as transport to town was inconvenient.

My stay at Crystalbrook exceeded all expectations. The hotel's stunning entrance and lush rainforest surroundings transported me to a world away from the hustle and bustle. The well-maintained property offered countless opportunities for exploration, with nearby walking tracks and access to the beach. The warm temperature of the pool was a delightful surprise, and the spacious and clean room provided all the necessary amenities, including a washing facility, coffee machine, and smart TV. The restaurant was a standout, offering delicious and high-quality food, complemented by the friendly staff.

For us, it was simply ideal. 😊
